Quick and easy pies made with Jell-O pudding..

Is it too hot to turn on the oven to make a traditional pumpkin pie for dessert tonight? Maybe it's just too much work after a long day at the office or taking care of the kids and you just want something quick and easy. Try this simple but delicious Pumpkin Pudding Pie, made with just three ingredients.

Pumpkin Pudding Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 3.4-ounce packages Jell-O Pumpkin Spice Instant Pudding
  • 1 8-ounce tub Cool Whip
  • Hershey's Caramel Ice Cream Topping
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Directions

  1. Make one package of the pudding according to the directions on the box, minus 1/2 cup of milk.
  2. Combine half the tub of Cool Whip with the pie filling.
  3. Cover the bottom of the pie crust with a thin layer of caramel and spoon the pudding mixture into the pie pan.
  4. Make the other package of pudding according to the directions on the box, minus 1/2 cup of milk and spoon over Cool Whip mixture.
  5. Top with the rest of the Cool Whip and drizzle with caramel if desired.
  6. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving.

Chocolate Banana Pudding Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 3.4-ounce package Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 1 3.4-ounce package Jell-O Banana Cream Instant Pudding
  • 1 8-ounce tub Cool Whip
  • 1 9-inch chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

Directions

  1. Make the banana pudding according to the directions on the box, minus 1/2 cup of milk.
  2. Combine half the tub of Cool Whip with the pie filling.
  3. Cover the bottom of the pie crust with a thin layer of chocolate syrup and spoon the pudding mixture into the pie pan.
  4. Make the chocolate pudding according to the directions on the box, minus 1/2 cup of milk and spoon over Cool Whip mixture.
  5. Top with the rest of the Cool Whip
  6. Slice the banana. Cover the top with banana slices and drizzle with chocolate if desired.
  7. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving.

Black and White Pudding Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 3.4-ounce package Jell-O Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding
  • 1 3.4-ounce package Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 8-ounce tub Cool Whip
  • 1 9-inch chocolate cookie pie crust
  • Hershey's Hot Fudge or Chocolate Syrup

Directions

  1. Make the vanilla pudding according to the directions on the box, minus 1/2 cup of milk.
  2. Combine half the tub of Cool Whip with the pie filling.
  3. Cover the bottom of the pie crust with a thin layer of hot fudge or chocolate syrup and spoon the pudding mixture into the pie pan.
  4. Make the chocolate pudding according to the directions on the box, minus 1/2 cup of milk and spoon over Cool Whip mixture.
  5. Top with the rest of the Cool Whip
  6. Drizzle with hot fudge or chocolate syrup if desired.
  7. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving.
